The Weingut Barleithof winery has been situated at a unique location between Kaltern and Lake Kaltern since 1676. The grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Goldmuskateller, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir thrive on around three hectares. But that is not all: the winery want to break new and more sustainable ground and rely on the fungus-resistant (PiWi) grape variety Sauvignier Gris. This allows to reduce the use of pesticides to an absolute minimum.

At the historical Kellerei Kaltern winery, the grapes from the Barleithof are then processed into first-class wines, which our guests can taste at Hotel Lambrechtshof. We are also happy to invite you on a tour of the vineyards upon request. Experience nature and viticulture up close and let us take you on a journey into the world of wine.
